Sage Reactive Maintenance Software

The Reactive Maintenance module (also known as day works) seamlessly integrates with Sage Construct Advanced, which in turn links directly to Sage accounting and Payroll software. It provides a seamless process from the initial call right through to final invoice. All transactions are posted in batches directly through to the appropriate ledgers, eliminating the re-keying or data. The timesheet data is also posted directly into your Sage payroll software, again eliminating double entry of data and therefore saving your business valuable time.

Key Features of Reactive Manintenance

Response Coding

Any user with the appropriate system permissions, can set up client specific response codes, or they can simply be set at a global level for all clients, these can then hold the allocated times for response, completion times and dates.

Client Specific Callout and Labour Rates

As transactions are entered against a specific client, the agreed callout rates and labour rates are automatically applied to the job.

Search by Trade and Region

All suppliers and sub-contractors can be allocated to multiple trades and regions, this enables the user to search the database for suitable companies to fulfil the job based on the location. You can also rate the work which has been carried out, making it easier to track your better suppliers, and provide a better service to the client.

Automatically Build Sales Invoices

As timesheets, purchase invoices and sub-contractors certificates are added to the system, it automatically applies the agreed callout and labour rates to the hours allocated to any individual job, you can also set mark-ups to materials plant or any other costs incurred. Therefore the sales invoice figures are automatically generated, they can then be approved before sending.

Full integration with Sage Construct Advanced

Works orders, timesheets, PO's, purchase invoices, sub-contactors certificates and nominal transactions not only enable multiple jobs to be on a single document, but also cost directly to the contracts which exist in Sage Construct Advanced. This means no re-keying of data.

CIS Processing

When certificates or purchase invoices are raised in either Sage Construct Advanced or the Reactive Maintenance module, all CIS vouchers and reports can automatically be generated.

Reporting

Reports which are generated by the system can be sent via email or printed out. You can also screen list copy and paste directly to Microsoft Excel.
