Intelligent Construction Analysis

Amongst the many new features and developments of Sage Construct Advanced, is Intelligent Construction Analysis. ICA enables system users to analyse the figures from within Construct, in real time and to view the data in the format the user requires.

The Microsoft Excel interface reads live data from the tables within Sage, users can then simply drag and drop the definitions required into the spreadsheet.  Once set with the appropriate headers, you can drill down to the figures required.

Typical Headers used Include:

Contract Number, Variation, Dates, Client Company, Contact Name, Project Manager, Analysis Code, Estimate Number, Status, Region, Address Fields, Text Fields, Dayworks Response Code, Line Elements, Line Type, Item Reference, Measures, Contract Value, Revenue, Budget, Cost Variance, Purchase Orders, Suppliers, Purchase Invoices, Actual Costs, Retentions, Cis, Nominal Codes, Timesheets, Application Values, Certificates and Sales Invoices.

Most of these sections have numerous available fields within them, meaning you can get exactly the data you require, live from the system when you need it.  Reports can be saved and adapted then graphs and charts can be displayed directly from Excel.

This new enhancement to the Sage Construction range can be supplied free of charge to existing Construct users, or with any new system. Please note that it will need to be installed and configured for you and for users to be trained on it's settings and parameters.
