Ideal for Small Construction Companies
Every UK construction company has a duty of care to
keep their employees and the public safe on site as well
as legal requirements to undertake certain paperwork.
For example:
- Every company with 5 or more employees must
produce a Company Health & Safety Policy.
- Every company with 4 or more people on site at
one time must undertake and record a Risk Assessment
for the job
- You must notify the HSE of your non-domestic
project on an F10 Form if it lasts more than 30 days
- You must record accidents and incidents on site
on an Accident & Incident Record
- Under CDM regulations you must have an active
Health & Safety Plan, the customer should not allow
your project to start without one
Integration with Estimator Xpress
Once you have created your estimate in
Estimator Xpress (and assuming you win the job) you
can automatically generate the paperwork required, based
on the job information and parameters already entered
for the estimate.
