Costing
At the core of Sage Construct Advanced is a
comprehensive Job Costing system, it can cost to almost
unlimited levels if required. The structure can easily
be adapted to suit the job structure you are currently
using, this makes it easier for users as they will have
a familiar job structure to work with.
The screenshot below shows the general information which
can be held on each job, the job costing settings which
are open in the screenshot below show the settings for
retentions, these can easily be set if the client is
holding them on you. In addition you can add a
description of the job, how and in what format they wish
to be billed, site information, and there are additional
fields which you can use however you wish.
