linked directly to the job costing and CIS processing

Now you can compare your actual costs against budgets
or estimates, with a full breakdown of everything bought
for each specific job.
Online CIS submissions
Automatically submit your CIS return online, without
the need to complete forms or type details into the HMRC
site, CIA Lite will do all calculations for you, then
submit electronically, it will also create your
sub-contractor statements.
Job Costing
Either import your budgets from Estimator Xpress or
input them against as simple or detailed costing
structure as you require. All transactions will then
immediately show against those budgets allowing you to
identify any potential overspends.
Retention Tracking
Retentions are unique to the construction industry,
however with CIA Lite you can asily track both sales
retention and sub-contractor retentions from within the
system, there is no need to run separate spreadsheets.
Applications
Apply for payments without showing the VAT, this
means you are not liable to pay it until the invoice is
raised, this can be at either the certification point,
or more commonly, once you actually receive the cheque.
