The Sage CIS Controller software is a single user
system which fully integrates with Sage 50
accounting software, it is ideal for any business which
has large volumes of subcontractors for whom vouchers
must be produced.
CIS Controller automates the subcontractor handling
process, once you enter the invoice the data will post
through to Line 50 eliminating double entry. The monthly
vouchers are calculated and produced and end of year
reports are generated at the click of a button.
CIS 4 Card Holder Tracking
The system records card details including start dates
and card numbers. You can also store temporary card
details including start and end dates and will warn you
when they expire.
CIS 5 & 6 Card Holder Tracking
Records card registration numbers with start and end
dates, again Sage CIS Controller will alert you when
they expire.
Tax Deduction from CIS 4 Card Holders
Automatically deducts tax from CIS 4 subcontractors
purchase invoices for labour and subcontract costs.
Subcontractors CIS 23 & 25 Production
Monthly Inland Revenue submission voucher printing at
the touch of a button.
Subcontractors CIS 24 Allocation
Allocation of monthly Inland Revenue vouchers from CIS 6
subcontractors.
CIS 36 Year End Reports
Annual totals are automatically calculated for CIS 4, 5
and 6 subcontractors.
CIS History
For historical audit and mid-year registration changes a
history archive is kept of all previous registrations.
CIS Controller will integrate with an existing Line 50
accounting package or if you are also looking for a new
