Using the employee profiles feature you can create a set of default characteristics which you can apply to a group of employees, this will automatically fill the rlevant fields in each of their records.

Unlimited Number of Employees
For the larger organisation Sage P11D Professional can be purchased for an unlimited number of employees.

PSA Benefits
If you have agreed benefits with your local Tax Inspector to be subject to a PAYE settlement agreement, these details can be set up within the software. The Company PSA Report will detail these, as they need not be itemised on the P11D and P9D forms for employees.

Logon ID
Each system user can have a unique logon ID, so you can see who is using the software at any moment in time.
