Many Sage Accounts users are unable to automatically generate the reports the business requires, this can be due to errors in the coding structure. There can be any number of reasons for this, perhaps your business model has changed and you need a new nominal structure to reflect this, sometimes a change in Financial Director or Financial Controller within the business has highlighted a need to update codes, or it could be they were simply set up incorrectly initially.

Every instance of the amended codes and departments are updated in your Sage 50 data files, therefore your data will appear as if the new codes had been utilised from the outset. Because the account activity is retained when you change the ledger codes your audit trail, invoices, stock records, purchase order processing, sales order processing, accruals, addresses and price lists will not be lost.

This software must be installed on a PC already running Sage 50 Accounts, Accounts Plus or Accounts Professional 2007 or 2008. Available as a single user license only. If the software is required in subsequent years, support renewal is £99, this includes an update for the latest version of Sage 50.
