Multi-User and Multi-Company
Sage 50 Accounts Plus is available for multiple companies and a maximum of 2 users.

Project Costing
Create individual projects from within your accounting software and give it a unique identity. Group projects together and analyse your actual costs against budgets, the reporting system will allow you to produce data which will halp you with cost control.

Customer Specific Price Lists
Sage 50 Accounts Plus will not only hold a standard price list, but also customer specific ones stored against the product code. Ideal if your sales staff have access to the accounts!

Multiple Delivery Addresses
If you deal with larger organisations or those with multiple sites you can manage multiple supplier and customer delivery sites.

Cheque Printing
Print cheques directly from you Sage 50 accounting software. Please Note: you will need to contact your bank to order the cheques which can go through a printer.

BOM - Bill of Materials
The BOM editor enables you to create and manage records of basic kits, for both manufactured and assembled items, you have up to 50 hierarchical levels to work with. Manufactured and assembled items can be controlled using stock transfer, make-up reporting and stock explosion.

Stock Allocation
You can allocate stock to sales orders, projects or simply set items aside for other purposes, then review and modify them if required.

Minimum System Requirements for Sage 50 Accounts Plus

A PC with minimum 2GHz Processor

1Gb RAM if you are running Windows XP
2Gb RAM if running Vista, Windows 7, Server 2003, 2008 or SBS 2011
4Gb RAM for any PC running a 64 bit OS
(Sage 50 Accounts is no longer compatible with or supported on Windows 95, 98, ME or NT4)

10Gb disk space after your operating system is installed may be required for larger data sets

Network users: 100Mbps networking with Windows networking, although 1Gbps will be faster

Although there is no fixed requirement for either a specific browser or internet access to use the software, it is advised to use Internet Explorer 6 or above for online software updates, also the postcode finder functionality will only work with a live internet connection.

As with all software it will run faster on higher specification PC, Server and Networks.
