Designed for single or two user access, Sage Construct fully integrates with Sage Line 50 accounting software, Sage Payroll and Payroll Professional. Sage Construct incorporates all the benefits of CIS but adds a powerful job costing system, this helps businesses to oversee jobs from a financial aspect whilst the job is ongoing. With Sage Construct you can identify potential issues before they become a problem.

Sage Construct - Access to Job Information

Being able to find and instantly access information on a contract is essential to accurately monitor costs, Sage Construct makes this easy. You can view information to whatever level of detail you require, you could look up a supplier or sub-contractor and then drill down to the individual transactions.

Easily Identify Overspends

By constantly monitoring actual costs against estimated costs it becomes easy to identify overspends and take action to address them.

Timesheet Entry through Construct

Enter all timesheets through Construct to cost them to the relevant job, then you can batch post the figures directly to Sage Payroll, eliminating double entry, this ensures the most up to date information and costs are being counted towards each job. Timesheets can contain multiple jobs and the costs will be allocated appropriately. For costing purposes Sage Construct not only adds the labour hours but it can also, either add a standard mark up, or read back the employers National Insurance contributions from Payroll and add the total cost to the job.

Automate Retentions in Sage Construct

Retentions are often managed by duplicating the information (sometimes several times) onto a system where someone can manually monitor and claim them when due. By managing them accurately and efficiently with Sage Construct you can easily and quickly reduce liabilities and claim outstanding monies in a timely fashion, improving your businesses cash flow.

Main Contractors Discount

At the start of a contract you can adjust the settings if a Main Contractors Discount will apply, if set the discounts will automatically be applied by Construct throughout the contract, this is one less thing to forget!

Reporting with Sage Construct

Reports can be run off by any user with appropriate permissions, this means that everyone can access the information they need, just when they need it. No more time consuming number crunching to get the information you need to run your business.
